NOURISHED MOTHER Package - $2,750+

The Nourished Mother Package combines the Complete Birth Package and the First Forty Days Package and is designed for those who want continuity of care—from pregnancy, to birth, and through postpartum—with a strong emphasis on rest, nourishment, and integration.

We begin building a relationship during pregnancy, preparing for your birth, and creating a postpartum plan that supports deep recovery. We offer a grounding presence during your birth and continue walking alongside you as you heal and settle into life with your baby. We provide a box of herbal healing remedies to support you in your postpartum recovery. Each postpartum visit is a time for intentional connection and supported healing and may include nourishing meal preparation, herbal healing, gentle bodywork, or warming therapies. Support may begin end of pregnancy for nesting support or pantry stocking.

Weekly postpartum visits are a minimum of 4 hours each, over the course of 5 or more weeks. Package starts at 20 hours, additional hours $55/hr $50. Cost of groceries for meal preparation covered by client.
