A mother’s blessing is a wonderful way to prepare for your upcoming birth with an intimate circle of women. We come together to show our support and serve as witnesses to your journey, helping you prepare emotionally and spiritually for what is to come— and who you are becoming. We include rituals and activities that are meaningful to you and may include any of the following:

  • Salt bowl or birth necklace ceremony

  • Group singing, vocal toning, or drumming

  • Flower crowns

  • Fear releasing

  • Guided meditation

  • Mother blessings

  • Red thread ceremony

  • Mother pampering (foot soak, massage, etc.)

  • Belly henna

  • Shared potluck meal
